📄 Are your 3D printed designs licensed for commercial use?

Yes! All products sold by MadebyEm3D are either fully licensed for commercial use or designed and owned by MadebyEm3D.

🚚 How long does it take to receive my 3D printed order?

MadebyEm3D is a print-on-demand shop, which means most items are printed to order rather than kept in stock. Production time for custom orders is typically 1–2 weeks, depending on current order volume. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

💰 What is your refund and return policy?

Because each item is personalized, I generally do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or defective. If there's ever a problem, please reach out and I'll make it right.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, MadebyEm3D ships within the United States only.

🧵 What material are your organizers made from?

My organizers are 3D printed using high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid), a durable, plant-based plastic. PLA is ideal for indoor use but should not be exposed to excessive heat, such as inside a hot vehicle.

📦 My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

I'm so sorry! Please email 3D@madebyemwithlove.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I'll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund.

🧒 Are your products safe around children?

PLA is a non-toxic material, but organizers contain magnets. As with any magnetic product, keep loose magnets away from young children and use adult supervision when appropriate.
