Before madebyem3D ever existed, there was Made by Em with Love - my very first small business. What started as a creative hobby quickly turned into something so much bigger when I began sewing my now-signature wrap-back smock aprons.

These aprons became incredibly popular because they are comfortable, flattering, practical, and easy to wear all day long. Sewing them for customers is what truly sparked my love for running a handmade business and creating products people genuinely enjoy using in their everyday lives.

While I eventually closed my apron shop to focus on growing madebyem3D, I never stopped loving these aprons or making them. So instead of reopening a full-time sewing shop, I’m bringing them back in small batches as a special Pop-Up Apron Shop inside madebyem3D!

When I have time to sew, I’ll release a limited selection of available fabrics and patterns - so each batch is unique and only available while supplies last.

Sizing Information

Due to the limited small-batch nature of this pop-up apron shop, I am currently only offering my standard adult women’s one-size-fits-most apron size.

At this time, petite, plus-size, and children’s sizes are not available. Thank you for understanding and supporting this small handmade shop model while I bring these aprons back in limited releases. 💛

Fabric & Care

Each apron is handmade using quality cotton canvas fabrics that are not pre-washed before sewing. As with many natural cotton fabrics, slight shrinkage and softening may occur after the first wash and dry.

Over time, the fabric develops a softer, lived-in feel that adds to the relaxed character of the apron.

To help minimize shrinkage:

• Wash in cold water
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Avoid high heat

A Little Handmade History

These aprons are more than just something I sew - they’re where my entire handmade business journey began. Bringing them back in occasional pop-up releases feels like reconnecting with the creative business that started it all, and I’m so excited to share them again with both longtime customers and new ones discovering them for the first time. 💛
